Shipping policy

Papa's Herb offers two shipping options for its customers: Standard and Expedited.  Standard shipping does not provide a waybill or tracking number to Papa's Herb or the Customer.  Customers will simply be notified when an order is being sent out for delivery.  If a customer requires a tracking number, please select the expedited shipping option.  Papa's Herb will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items once an order has been shipped.
